Let’s be real — when you’re ordering lost mail and mystery chaos, you’re signing up for surprises. And with surprises come… a few rules.

So here’s the deal on returns, refunds, and exchanges at Wondura:

🎁 Mystery Boxes: All Sales Final

When you buy a mystery box, you’re buying into the chaos — and we love you for it.

Because the contents are unknown and randomly sourced from unclaimed or returned mail, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on mystery boxes. Value is not guaranteed. That’s kind of the whole thrill, right?

You could get a $200 gadget. You could get a light-up fanny pack. You’re here for the ride.

🛍️ Opened Items: Final Sale

All items listed in our Opened Shop section are sold as-is at a discounted rate and are final sale. These have already been opened, inspected, and deeply marked down. What you see is what you get — no swaps, no take-backs.

😬 What If Something Arrives Damaged?

If your item arrives looking like it was run over by a rogue forklift (or just clearly damaged during transit), we got you.

Email us at hello@wondura.co within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item + packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review it and offer a replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

📬 Shipping Mistakes or Missing Items

We double-check every order before it ships, but if we accidentally sent the wrong item or something’s missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it fast. We’re not perfect, but we’re quick to make things right.

🧾 Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it goes into packing mode pretty fast — so we can’t guarantee cancellations after purchase. If you need help ASAP, email hello@wondura.co with “URGENT: Cancel Order” in the subject and we’ll do our best.

Wondura is all about risk, randomness, and retail chaos — our mystery boxes are for the bold. Buying one means you're cool with surprises (and possibly weird stuff).
